Picante-Dijon Grilled Chicken
Fire up the grill and open a bottle of Woop Woop Chardonnay, a lighter style unoaked Australian Chardonnay ($12.99 at Cool Springs Wines & Spirits).
Ingredients
8 chicken breast halves, boned and skinned
1 1/2 cups picante sauce
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
1/4 cup packed brown sugar
Directions
1. Pound chicken breasts to about 1/2-in. thickness; set aside.
2.
Combine picante sauce, mustard and sugar; mix well.
3. Place chicken over medium-hot coals; brush generously with sauce.
4. Grill about 6-8 minutes per side or until chicken is tender and no longer pink, brushing occasionally with remaining sauce.
