Marco Polo
In a champagne flute, pour about 1 oz. of Pomegranate liqueur (Pama or Chateau Pomari work well)
Fill flute about 2/3 full of Prosecco (sparkling Italian wine--you can use Brut or Extra Dry Prosecco.
Top with just a sprinkle of cinnamon (this will cause the Prosecco to froth up and create an aromatic head on the flute.
Toast your loved one(s).
