Bourbon Swizzle
Ingredients
2 oz. Bourbon
1/2 oz. Lime Juice
3 oz. Club Soda
1 tsp Superfine Sugar
1 dash Bitter
Directions
1. Mix all ingredients in a cocktail shaker except club soda.
2. Strain into a collins glass over ice.

Add club soda and stir. Serve with a swizzle stick.
John Collins
Ingredients
2 oz. Bourbon
1 oz. Lemon Juice
3 oz. Club Soda
1 tsp Superfine Sugar
Garnish: Cherry and Orange Slice
Directions
1. Shake bourbon, lemon juice and superfine sugar in a shaker with ice and add
club soda.
2.
Strain into a collins glass over ice. Stir and garnish with the fruits.
