Vodka and Bitter Lemon

Ingredients

1 1/2 oz Vodka
1/2 oz Lemon Juice
4 oz Tonic Water
1/2 tsp Sugar

Directions
1. In a shaker half-filled with ice cubes, combine the vodka, lemon juice, and sugar. Shake well.
2. Strain into a highball glass almost filled with ice cubes.
3. Top with the tonic water.

 

Long Vodka

Ingredients
Fill glass with ice
1 1/2 oz Vodka
1/2 Lime
4 dashes Angostura Bitters
Top off with Tonic Water

Directions
1. Shake a tall glass with ice cubes and Angostura, coating the inside of the glass.
2. Pour the vodka onto this, add 1 slice of lime and squeeze juice out of remainder, mix with tonic, stir and you have a Long Vodka

Pumpkin Pie Martini

Ingredients
Ice cubes
2 oz Stoli Vanilla Vodka
2 oz Hiram Walker Crème de Cacao
2 oz Heavy Cream
1 tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice
Garnish: Whipped Cream

Directions
1. Fill a cocktail shaker halfway with ice cubes. Add the Vanilla Vodka, Crème de Cacao, Heavy Cream, Pumpkin Pie Spice and shake well.
2. Dip the rims of 2 martini glasses into a bowl of Whipped Cream. Strain the cocktail into the glasses.
