This seasonal is brand new to Cool Springs Wines & Spirits. Once a side project, the Gamma Ray was good and popular enough to be placed on Terrapin's Monster Beer Tour. The Monster Beer tour is a limited release seasonal series of truly unique brews designed for extreme beer lovers. The massive wheat beer is brewed with an obscene amount of locally grown Tupelo and Sourwood Honeys from Savannah Bee Co. Not surprisingly, Gamma Ray has ample notes of banana, oranges, pear, spice, vanilla, and sweet honey. The high content alcohol of these beers make them perfect for cellaring…hide them away and pull one out for a special event 2-3 years later.
