Boulevard Seeyoulator Doppelbock by Boulevard Brewing Company in Kansas City, Missouri - Pour is a cloudy amber color with a creamy tan head. Aromas are of sweet fruit, banana, and plenty of malt. Unlike other Doppelbocks that showcase their sweet maltiness, the Seeyoulator seems to thrive more on its nutty, spiced flavors. This is almost certainly due to its cedar aging which shows up especially on the finish. The brew has a wonderful balance of alcohol and sweetness. Distinctly different and a nice effort from Boulevard.
