Terrapin Midnight Project Peaotch
Terrapin from Georgia and Left Hand from Colorado have teamed up once again for another Midnight Project named Peaotch. Using peaches from Georgia and Colorado, these two breweries have made a fruit beer that could be for just about anyone as long as you like peaches. I must admit I was a little sceptical at first but after tasting it I was surprised at how good it was. It definitely has peach aromas and flavors but the malt and hops show nicely as well to balance this brew. Peaotch pours a hazy orange color with a very light head and smells of peaches, wheat, and some hops. Peaotch can pair well with many cheeses, desserts, and fruits so be creative and see what pairing works best for you.
