Oskar Blues Ten FIDY is back in stock at Cool Springs Wines and Spirits! Many people loved it two years ago and have been asking for it since then so wishes do come true. Ten FIDY is an Imperial Stout that is named after 10w-50 motor oil for its immensely viscous texture and it's black color. Oskar Blues uses enormous amounts of two-row malts, chocolate malts, roasted barley, flaked oats and hops to build this beer making it an explosion of flavor in a can. The aroma consists of chocolate, malty goodness, hops, and booze which isn't a bad thing. The taste is bold and rich like a thick chocolate milkshake and with 98 IBUs underneath all that flavor they mean business. Ten FIDY is a seasonal offering and it won't last long, but it's sure nice to have it back in Tennessee.
