Cool Springs Wines & Spirits' Featured Beer

Avery Salvation brewed by Avery Brewing Company in Boulder, Colorado - Avery Salvation is far from the best beer that we have here at Cool Springs. However, that still doesn't keep it from being one of my favorites. It pours an unassuming pale and hazy gold with a luscious creamy, white head. Salvation has aromas of light hops, tropical fruits, sweet malt, and candy. Flavors are of orange, apricot, sweet malt, peaches, and spices of nutmeg, cinnamon, and cracked black pepper. What sets this beer apart is its sheer drinkability. No, this isn't a Bud, Bud light, or some other domestic garbage beer. This is simply one of the smoothest, most pleasantly drinking beers that I've ever experienced in my life... the perfect relaxation brew.
